Responsibilities:
Greet and direct in-office clients/other associates pleasantly & professionally
Manage showing appointments and client communications.
Process listings from start to finish in MLS.
Maintain office supplies and ensure a presentable workspace.
Handle phone calls and email inquiries.
Prepare real estate documents.
Support the Broker of Record with various administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Superior customer service skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate and able to learn new software.
Flexible schedule (weekdays, evenings, Saturdays).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation.
Shared schedule with ability to work rotating shifts from 9 AM to 3 PM or 3 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional rotating Saturday shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM.Shared Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: Rotating shifts from 9 AM - 3 PM or 3 PM - 9 PM.
- Saturdays: Rotating shifts from 9 AM - 5 PM.
