Partner Assault Response (PAR) Group Facilitator (47-25)
Location and Hours: This is a remote position (running virtually via telephone).
Tuesday evenings from 5pm-9pm. Looking for a Male Facilitator.

Purpose of the Position: The purpose of this position is to provide a psycho educational group to individuals who have been referred to the Partner Assault Response Program. This is a court mandated program. The Group Co-Facilitator will work with men who have assaulted their partners. The group will run on Tuesday evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide group psychoeducation, counselling and referral for men involved in the Partner Assault Program
- Complete intake, client information forms, session notes and completion reports as required
- To participate in team discussions to review client cases
- Follow curriculum for group sessions
- Preparation prior to and debrief following group sessions
- Attend staff meetings and training as required
- Understanding and implementation of PAR Program Standards
This is a separate contract in addition to your current agency role. There are 4 hours allocated to this position each week.
Minimum requirements include College or University Degree in relevant human service field, e.g., social work, criminology, psychology or social services, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

Salary scale: $43.42 - $53.54 per hour commensurate with qualifications and experience
