Director of Fabrication and Manufacturing
Our client is seeking a Director of Fabrication and Manufacturing to join their team in the beautiful Okanagan region of BC. This individual will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for end-to-end oversight of steel fabrication and manufacturing across the organization.
Relocation support will be provided.
Responsibilities:

• Oversight of steel manufacturing and production department as a senior leader
• Implement best practices for manufacturing processes with the organization
• Coach mentor and develop the operations and supply chain team members
• Oversee health and safety of the operation
• Utilize and manage KPIs for optimal performance of the operation
• Manage the budget for the department

Requirements:

• 7-10+ years in manufacturing within the steel fabrication industry
• Post secondary in Operations, Engineering or related
• Experience with welding, welding supervision
• Experience with CNC and fabrication

Salary target in the mid 100,000 range
