Role Description

This is a full-time or part tome on-site role located in Calgary, AB for an Experienced Family and Litigation Assistant. The Family and Litigation Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including preparing legal documents, maintaining and organizing files, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and providing general legal assistance to lawyers. The role also involves communication with clients, courts, and other legal professionals to ensure efficient case management and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Law and Legal Assistance

• Skills in Legal Document Preparation and Calendaring

• Strong Communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in legal software and office applications

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Previous experience in family law is a plus

• Post-secondary education in Legal Studies or a related field
