Job Summary
We are looking for hard-working, detail-oriented Epoxy Flooring Installers to join our crew. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying epoxy coatings in a variety of environments. This is a hands-on, physically active role that requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare concrete surfaces (grinding, patching, cleaning, etc.)
Mix and apply epoxy and resin flooring systems
Operate tools such as grinders, vacuums, trowels, rollers, and mixing equipment
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow project specifications and safety guidelines
Interact professionally with clients and team members
Assist in loading/unloading materials and equipment
Qualifications
Prior experience in epoxy flooring, concrete work, painting, or construction preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to work early mornings, long hours, and occasional weekends
