Responsibilities
- Overseeingdailyoperationsacrossmultiplejobsitestoensuresafety,productivity,andquality
- Drivingthedailyscheduleanddeliverableswhilemaintainingastrongon-sitepresence
- Monitoringprogress,addressingissues,andescalatingrisksordelaysasneeded
- Supportingandenforcingallsafetyprotocols,toolboxtalks,andincidentreportingprocedures
- Managingcrewsandsubcontractorstomeetprojectmilestonesandupholdworksitestandards
- Reviewingandapprovingdailytimesheets,sitereports,andprogressupdates
- Planningday-to-dayconstructionactivitywithForemenandensuringalignmentwithprojectgoals
- CollaboratingwithProjectManagerstoreportperformance,trackchanges,andupdatelook-aheadschedules
- Troubleshootingfieldissuesandresolvingdisputesefficientlyandrespectfully
- Coordinatingdeliveryandusageofmaterials,equipment,andtools
- Identifyingopportunitiestoincreasesiteefficiencywithoutcompromisingsafetyorquality
- Leadingbyexampleinworkethic,professionalism,andteamengagement
- Participatinginsiteinspections,performanceevaluations,andregularprojectmeetings
