Our team partners with well-known organizations to provide outreach services, build public engagement, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. We're currently hiring Customer Service Consultants in the Greater Toronto Area to join our in-person team.

Our office is conveniently located near Toronto Pearson Airport.

Role Overview

  • Clearly communicate product and service information with confidence

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients

  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and account support

  • Take part in client meetings, promotions, and campaigns that inspire

  • Help achieve daily goals as part of a motivated team

  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
