Our client located in Aurora is looking for a Filler operator. This role ensures the efficient and accurate filling of beverages into aseptic Tetra Pak cartons, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The Filler Operator will be responsible for machine setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance to support smooth production flow

Pay: $20/hour
Shift: 3.5 days/week (42 hours/week)
Location: Aurora, ON (Must have your own vehicle)

Job Duties:

• Operate Tetra Pak filling machines for accurate beverage filling

• Perform machine setup, cleaning, and product changeovers

• Monitor quality: fill levels, sealing, date coding, packaging defects

• Complete CIP/SIP (Clean-in-Place / Sterilize-in-Place) processes

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues

• Accurately log production and equipment data using RF scanners (WOLF System)

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards

• Keep the area clean and organized for safety and efficiency

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience as a Filler Operator (food/beverage preferred)

• Hands-on with Tetra Pak A3, Prisma, or Brik machines (preferred)

• Knowledge of aseptic filling and automated production equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational a plus)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Familiarity with PLC systems is a bonus
