SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Trainer

Position: Senior Consultant

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 Months - possible extension

Hours: Full-time 40/hrs /week

Role title: SAP SD Trainer

Location: Toronto. Full remote

Languages: English

Training Development (Updates to existing material)

1. SAP SD (Sales & Distribution): Editing/review of previously developed rough drafts of the training materials to develop the final client-ready versions
2. Development of structured training materials that will be AODA AA compliant (electronic format)

Training Delivery

1. Recommend tools and methods to measure the effectiveness of end-user training
2. Training Prep – guide the client on data templates and preparation needed for training
3. Delivery of end-user training (primarily VILT mode) for in-scope SAP SD module processes.
4. If required, conduct a Facilitation Skills course for co-facilitators (from client teams)

Requirements:

1. Great communication and presentation skills
2. Experience in SAP SD training module - MUST HAVE
3. Experience in end-user training with large audience sizes and multiple formats
4. Familiarity with in-scope SAP S/4HANA systems, modules and processes
