Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and transformational Agile Coach to guide teams, leaders, and stakeholders in adopting and scaling Agile practices across the organization. The Agile Coach will work closely with delivery teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and senior leadership to promote a culture of continuous improvement, lean thinking, and agile delivery. This role is critical in driving enterprise-wide Agile maturity and organizational agility.

Key Responsibilities:Agile Coaching & Mentoring
  • Coach Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) to improve collaboration, delivery, and self-organization.

  • Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile team members on best practices and Agile mindset.

  • Provide individual and group coaching to leadership to support Agile transformation goals.

Agile Transformation & Strategy
  • Support enterprise-wide Agile adoption and change management initiatives.

  • Collaborate with executives and transformation leads to develop roadmaps for Agile scaling (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model).

  • Assess Agile maturity at team and organizational levels; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Facilitation & Training
  • Design and deliver Agile training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps for teams and departments.

  • Facilitate key Agile ceremonies and strategic planning events like PI Planning, retrospectives, and innovation workshops.

  • Help establish and evolve Agile communities of practice.

Metrics & Continuous Improvement
  • Define and monitor Agile KPIs (velocity, lead time, cycle time, predictability).

  • Promote a data-driven culture of inspection, adaptation, and learning.

  • Recommend and implement tools, frameworks, and metrics to optimize delivery performance.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • 510 years of experience in Agile environments, with 3+ years in Agile coaching or leadership roles.

  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, Lean, etc.).

  • Proven experience coaching cross-functional teams and leading Agile transformations.

  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Agile certifications (e.g., ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI-ACP).

  • Experience in large-scale Agile transformation in enterprise or multi-team environments.

  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, Miro).

  • Understanding of DevOps principles, product management, and organizational design.
