D Sign Groupis hiring a high-performing Director of Strategic Accountsto lead national growth by winning and expanding enterprise-level, multi-location clients across Canada. This is a key role for a driven sales professional ready to make a big impact and help scale a fast-growing company in the signage and branding industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue enterprise-level opportunities in target industries (retail, automotive, QSR, fuel, finance, etc.)
- Build and execute outbound strategies to open new accounts and fill the pipeline
- Lead the sales process from first contact to close, focusing on recurring and program-based work
- Clearly articulate JD Sign Groups value proposition and tailor proposals for large clients
- Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation and conversion strategies
- Work with internal teams to launch new client programs and ensure smooth handoff to delivery
- Supervise and coach an Account Manager focused on day-to-day execution and client service
- Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on performance metrics
Qualifications:
- 510 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in signage, construction, branding, or related industries
- Experience closing national or multi-location accounts with complex needs
- Strong industry knowledge in automotive, retail, petroleum, or related sectors is a strong asset
- Proven ability to lead enterprise sales cycles and manage cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic selling skills
Preferred Experience:
- Selling project-based services or brand rollout programs across multiple locations
- Familiarity with signage, millwork, construction, or architectural components
- Existing network of enterprise contacts or past national account wins
