Using your background knowledge of agriculture equipment, you are a centralized resource to assist the Nelson Motors and Equipment team to diagnose problems, communicate best practices and solutions, and share your knowledge while training others. You will have the chance to be on the cutting edge of industry leading connected support tools such as John Deere's Service Center. You will be a crucial part of delivering an unmatched customer experience by keeping our customers up and running and offering assistance before they experience downtime. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to stay up to date on all the core technical systems of today's equipment through hands on experience and unique training experiences. For you to be selected for an interview you have:

• 5+ years of experience in Service or Parts department operations with practical experience performing repairs on agriculture equipment; demonstrated experience consistently meeting performance metrics. John Deere agriculture machinery experience required.
• Completion of a certified trade such as Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic or similar an asset. John Deere certified experience a strong asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, Teams and other MS 365 tools; experience using Service ADVISOR™, Parts ADVISOR™, or other computer based diagnostic repair tools
• Experience with the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in today's agriculture equipment
• Valid driver's license required.
