Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Car and Motorcycle Prep professional to join our team. This role is essential in preparing vehicles for sale by ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience with automotive repair, and the ability to work efficiently with both hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of cars and motorcycles to assess their condition before preparation.
• Wash and detail cars and motorcycles
• Touch up cars and motorcycles
• Drive cars to mechanics
• Park cars at the end of the day and take them out the following day
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete prep work, including detailing, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure timely completion of vehicle prep tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience in automotive repair or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with dealership environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle issues.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is an essential skill.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily tasks.
