Who We're Looking For:

✔ Passionate about cars and customer service
✔ Expertise in automotive repair, maintenance, and providing quality service

✔ Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment

✔ Valid Red Seal Certification an asset, BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract required

✔ Strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, proficient with diagnostic tools and technology

✔ Pride in workmanship, confidence in abilities, desire to exceed customer expectations

Schedule: Full-Time Flexible schedule, Monday - Friday or Tuesday -Saturday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Compensation: $100K- $150K/ annually (dependent on experience and flat rate bonus)


What your day will look like:

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs as assigned.
  • Diagnosing Issues: Identify the source of malfunctions and determine what repairs or maintenance is needed.
  • Safety Inspections: Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required and perform road tests when needed.
  • Communication: Clearly explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors.
  • Compliance: Follow provincial and company policies and safety regulations.
