With our cutting-edge developments in wearables, we aim to revolutionize how the world approaches personal care and health monitoring. We are seeking a Senior Cardiology Technician to play a pivotal role in expanding the reach and clinical excellence of the Myant SKIIN Holter cardiac monitoring. This position will support new partner clinics with workflow design, training, and end-to-end implementation of Holter services, ensuring clinical success from day one.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience working within clinical or hospital settings, with a strong foundation in cardiology diagnostics, an understanding of clinical workflows, and a demonstrated ability to lead technicians and physicians through workflow transformation and technology adoption. You are a hands-on expert who can teach, train, scan, and support while building deep relationships that improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical and clinical liaison with new partner clinics, including technicians and physicians.
  • Assess and evaluate each clinic's Holter monitoring needs, existing intake procedures, patient flow, and test protocols.
  • Design and implement customized Holter workflows tailored to clinic operations and clinical team preferences.
  • Lead the setup, onboarding, and training of clinic technicians, ensuring confident use of the SKIIN Holter solution and Philips Cardiologs platform.
  • Perform Holter scanning and analysis, ensuring reports meet both clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Develop customized physician reporting templates that clearly communicate clinically relevant data and support decision-making.
  • Ensure a smooth clinical workflow from patient intake to test monitoring and result delivery, optimizing for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clinic lead technicians and physicians, serving as a trusted clinical partner.
  • Document and relay feedback from partner clinics to internal teams, ensuring continuous service improvement.
  • Experience for managing a remote team and/or remote team work
  • Provide ongoing clinical guidance and support, post-implementation, for any workflow, training, or analysis questions.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Cardiology Technologist (CSCT or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of in-clinic or hospital experience, specifically with cardiac diagnostics and patient monitoring
  • Deep understanding of Holter monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and reporting standards
  • Versatility in multiple cardiology diagnostics (e.g., ECG, Holter, event monitoring, ambulatory BP, stress testing)
  • Strong grasp of clinical workflows, including patient intake, testing, and test result management
  • Previous experience training and supporting technicians in the adoption of new clinical tools or platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to build clinical credibility and rapport with physicians
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently across multiple concurrent clinic engagements
Preferred Skills
  • Experience designing clinical pathways or optimizing cardiology workflows
  • Familiarity with Philips Cardiologs and other digital Holter or remote monitoring platforms
  • Background in digital health, remote care delivery, or hybrid clinical models
  • Comfortable using virtual communication tools and documentation platforms
