Summit Search Group has partnered with Industrial Scaffold Services Ltd. (ISSL) in their search for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to launch and lead their new Winnipeg branch. This is a rare opportunity to establish a new territory from the ground upcombining operations, business development, and team leadership to make an immediate and lasting impact.

Based in Winnipeg, the Regional Managerwill oversee all aspects of ISSLs Manitoba operations, including project execution, staffing, client relations, and financial performance. As they expand into Manitoba, ISSL is looking for a leader who shares their values and is ready to champion their mission in a new market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage daily operations of ISSLs new Manitoba branch
  • Build the companys regional presence by developing long-term client relationships across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring project needs are met with high standards of safety, quality, and service
  • Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, budgeting, safety compliance, and execution
  • Hire, train, and lead a skilled workforce with a focus on safety and job performance
  • Coordinate staffing with union partners, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Manage branch and project budgets, financial reporting, and profitability targets
  • Represent ISSL in regional industry and community events
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial construction or scaffolding
  • Journeyman Scaffolder certification (required)
  • Strong client-facing skills and proven ability to develop long-term business relationships
  • Experience in sales or business development within industrial services is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building capabilities
  • Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and KPIs
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% across Manitoba job sites
  • Based in or near Winnipeg with strong knowledge of the regional market
