We're seeking experienced Journeyman Industrial Mechanics / Heavy Equipment Technicians to join our team working on mobile directional drilling equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge products.

About the Role:

• Collaborate as part of a team assembling new products in our manufacturing facility

• Review and interpret schematics alongside engineering and drafting teams to ensure precise assembly

• Apply expertise in hydraulics, PLCs, mechanical systems, and schematic interpretation per client specifications

• Support product start-up and commissioning by guiding clients through initial operation—note this role is not responsible for ongoing maintenance

• Communicate clearly and think on your feet while advising clients during commissioning

What We're Looking For:

• Journeyman Industrial Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Technician with relevant experience

• Background in mining, drilling, water well, oil & gas, or construction equipment preferred

• Experience working with hydraulic and PLC systems

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical schematics

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with clients and internal teams

• Millwright experience with crossover skills in drilling or construction industries is a plus
