The Exterior Employee will work full-time to repair and remedy damage to vinyl, exterior siding, and window frames. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, experience in painting, mixing colors, and problem-solving techniques. A proficiency with hand tools, mixing colors, and DCA's would be considered an asset. They should also be capable of interpreting requests and possess problem solving skills with a toolbox of various repairs and techniques that will be provided to them by C.R. Techniques. The employee must be willing to travel, work 8 am-5 pm Tuesday to Saturday, with the occasional evenings, Sundays/Mondays, and out-of-town jobs as required
*Note - An Exterior Employee is responsible for filling, repairing, and redyeing exterior vinyl cracks/holes. This role involves working with various materials, such as glues, fillers, and dyes, to repair vinyl cracks and holes according to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fill, repair, retexture, mix color, and redye exterior plastic and vinyl while maintaining company standards
- Maintain clear communication with the Exterior Technicians and Exterior Manager regarding job status, issues, or incomplete tasks
- Submit clear photo documentation of all completed repairs to the Manager immediately upon completion
- All work shall be executed using professional tools, trained C.R. methods, and OHS safety practices.
- Coordinate availability accordingly and maintain team communication before each assignment.
- Professional conduct and clean presentation are required on all job sites
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Maintain a valid ladder safety certification (ladder license)
- Follow all C.R. TECHNIQUES safety policies and procedures without exception
- Always use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
