As the successful Billing Specialist you will share similar values as Schlegel Villages.
As our new Billing Specialist you will:
- Processes monthly invoices for residents
- Sets up all new resident contracts
- Create the monthly Pre-Authorized Payment Plan files and send to the bank
- Provide help and support to the Villages to ensure all Rate Reduction applications are properly submitted to the Ministry of Health.
- Process and adjust resident accounts for all billing changes
To be successful as our new Billing Specialist, you will need:
- Knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Possess intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work independently in order to meet prescribed deadlines.
- Ability to ensure high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their own work.
- Skill in customer service, such as, providing helpful and courteous support, uncovering customer needs and working in ways to provide solutions
- Ability to work in a team environment by soliciting and sharing information, collaborating with others on joint work/projects, takes accountability for their work and supports group decisions.
- Proven oral and written communication skills by listening to others and sharing information.
- Proven alignment with our vision and organizational values of caring, passion, hands-on, innovation, positive can-do attitude, and hard work.
