Senior Service Advisor / Service Writer
Toronto, ON | $75,000 – $95,000 + Bonus

We're a close-knit, 40+ year-old independent auto repair shop in Toronto looking for a Senior Service Advisor who's ready to take ownership of the role—and maybe even grow into Shop Manager someday.

If you're great with customers, organized, and know how to keep a busy shop running smoothly, you'll fit right in. We're also open to experienced mechanics who want to move off the tools and into a leadership position.

What you'll do:

• Be the main point of contact for customers—estimates, scheduling, follow-ups

• Work closely with our skilled techs to make sure every job's done right

• Manage parts, orders, invoices, and keep the shop running like clockwork

• Take initiative to improve processes and grow with the shop

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years as a Service Advisor/Writer in an independent shop (or a mechanic ready for a new challenge)

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

• Ability to work independently and lead by example
