We're on the hunt for a Sales Administrator to support our fast-paced sales team and keep our vehicle inventory humming like a finely tuned engine. No automotive experience? No problem. We've got the best team in the biz—and we'll train you up!

What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Mission):

• Coordinate trade appraisals like a pro (or a spreadsheet ninja).
• Distribute vehicle inventory group wide
• Launch wholesale vehicles on auction platforms—make them shine.
• Research and bid on cars at online auctions (yes, it's as cool as it sounds).
• Keep pricing sharp by adjusting to market trends—beat the bots.
• Manage both new and used inventory—because someone's got to know where everything is.
• Audit our website listings to make sure every car looks its Sunday best.

What You Bring (Besides a Fabulous Attitude):

• Experience in sales admin, inventory, or wrangling chaos (aka “related fields”)
• Best in-class organizational skills and ability to juggle flaming batons (okay, just tasks).
• Tech-savvy—if you know Excel formulas or how to fix your parents' Wi-Fi, we're listening.
• Detail-obsessed with a “get it done” attitude.
• Can work independently and play nice with the team.
• Bonus points for experience with inventory systems or auction platforms.
