Seeking a thoughtful, poised Director of Food & Beverage with a proven ability to elevate service culture, mentor diverse teams, and drive strategic, high-volume operations in a Forbes-level environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of senior F&B leadership in Forbes Five Star hotels or resorts
  • Strong background in multi-outlet operations, including restaurants, bars, IRD, and banquets
  • Experience with renovations, change management, and FOH team development
  • Composed, solutions-driven leader with high emotional intelligence
  • Candidates must be based in Canada or currently working within the Canadian market
Responsibilities
  • Multi-Outlet Oversight – Lead all F&B operations across 7 venues, including three restaurants, café, seasonal patio, bar/lounge, and in-room dining
  • Team Development – Mentor a diverse 200+ person team, fostering a unified service culture through presence, clarity, and collaboration
  • Strategic Leadership – Drive operational performance, guest experience, and financial results in a high-profile, historic hotel setting
  • Change Management – Guide the division through upcoming renovations, evolving guest expectations, and operational enhancements
  • Legacy & Innovation – Balance the property's storied reputation with fresh thinking to continuously elevate service and offerings
