What You'll DoEngage with warm leads from existing clients, inbound calls, and online inquiries
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions
Handle policy updates, billing questions, claims support, and general inquiries with care
Build lasting client relationships through value-based conversations and exceptional service
Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency marketing goals
Attend networking events and conduct light outbound follow-up with cold and x-date leads
Sales experience (inside/outside, retail, or customer service) preferred
Proven success in meeting sales goals or quotas
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and active listening (Languages: English, Mandarin and Cantonese would be an asset).
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
Licensed (or willing to become licensed) in Property & Casualty (OTL/RIBO)
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-focused
Be part of a supportive and high-performing team of 7, with experience ranging from 2 to 15+ years
Work with an Agent who has been assisting clients since 2004

Compensation & Earning Potential
From $40,000 base salary during training
Commission + annual bonus
Uncapped earning potential – $60,000+ achievable with moderate performance
