As a Shuttle Driver at our dealership, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing safe and efficient transportation for our valued clients, ensuring timely arrivals and departures to and from the dealership. You'll embody our commitment to outstanding service by offering a friendly and professional demeanor, contributing to the overall satisfaction and convenience of our customers during their dealership visits.

Job Duties:

  • Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
  • Pick up and deliver customers to their destinations while their vehicle is in for service.
  • Safely transport customers to and from designated locations, such as home, work, or alternate transportation hubs.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle, ensuring it is in optimal condition for safe operation.
  • Adhere to designated schedules and routes, managing time efficiently to accommodate customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering a courteous and friendly experience during transportation.
  • Communicate effectively with dealership staff and customers to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Uphold all traffic laws and regulations while operating the shuttle vehicle.
  • Report any vehicle maintenance issues or concerns promptly to the appropriate dealership personnel.

Successful Candidates Posses:

  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Professional demeanour and appearance.
  • Flexible and open to change; can take on special tasks as needed.
  • Ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for passengers.
  • Familiarity with local routes and the ability to navigate efficiently and safely.
  • Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and dealership staff.
  • Prior experience in driving roles, preferably in shuttle services or related customer-facing positions.
