Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 2–6 Month Contract
Start Date: ASAP - Interviews Started as early as next week
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a busy recruiting team on a contract basis. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong administrative or recruiting coordination experience and proficiency in Workday. The contract is expected to last 2–6 months, with the potential to extend for a high-performing candidate.

As a key member of the team, you will focus on offer processing and interview coordination across multiple regions, primarily supporting back-end recruiting functions. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure within a global professional services environment while contributing meaningfully to talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and process offer letters and manage the full offer cycle using Workday.

  • Enter and track offers through the system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up once candidates accept.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including logistics for video and onsite meetings.

  • Manage incoming CVs and maintain organized candidate records.

  • Support recruiting processes for multiple countries and time zones.

  • Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders; limited direct candidate interaction.

  • Collaborate with a small Toronto-based coordination team and wider U.S. team.

Qualifications:

  • University degree required.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruiting coordination or administrative support role.

  • Hands-on experience with Workday is required.

  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential information.

  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Interview Process:

  • Three rounds, including an onsite interview with the hiring manager and two colleagues.
