The Opportunity:

We're looking for a People & Culture Operations Student to join our team for a 4-month term. In this role, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience supporting onboarding and P&C operations across the enterprise. You'll work closely with systems such as Jobvite and UKG, and support activities that directly impact the candidate and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing documentation, data entry, and updating new hire records
  • Communicate with new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience
  • Support candidate documentation and follow-up during pre-employment stages
  • Help maintain employee records in UKG and Jobvite
  • Create and update internal guides and reference materials
  • Respond to general People & Culture inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as needed

Education:

You are currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution working towards a bachelor's degree with a focus in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. You are in your 2nd , 3rd or 4th year of your program.

Requirements:

  • Available for a full-time, 4-month work term beginning in September 2025
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
