We are looking for a permanent full-time Customer Service Administrator to join our Customer Service team. This is a hybrid position based at our Burlington, ON corporate office.
What you'll do:
- Follow up on customer orders and requests with various departments, including operations
- Place follow up calls with customers related to orders, products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Order entry of all types, as required and defined by management
- Process credits which includes support in-office processing, including teardown
- Troubleshoot and resolve order issues and concerns
- Identify opportunities to reduce errors and improve processes and services
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Provide hands on training to employees as part of new hire onboarding training
- Provide ongoing training to enhance customer experience
What we're looking for:
- Completion of high-school or equivalent; other education or certificates in customer service, business, healthcare, or other related fields would be an asset
- Experience in the hearing health space or within a b2b (business to business) healthcare capacity would be a definite asset
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport with customers.
- Attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of related computer applications (Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with INFOR and SalesForce is an asset
- Dependable, team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and self-manage
- Ability to travel (domestically and/or internationally) if required
- Ability to work in a hybrid role with work in the office and at home (min 2 days in office)
