We are currently recruiting for a Hydraulic Power Unit Assembler on behalf of our local based manufacturing client. Our client is looking for an experienced assembler/machine operator targeted towards hydraulic units.

Pay Rate: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour

Shift: 7am to 3:30pm

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of manufacturing experience, and experience with hose crimping and tube bending would be an asset
• Must have basic understanding of hydraulic circuits
• Must have a valid forklift license and be able to safely operate a jib crane
• Must be detail oriented and able to read and interpret assembly drawings
• Must have experience with metal fabrication (cutting, welding, drilling, tapping)

Job duties include:

• Assembly and testing of small to large industrial hydraulic power units
• Daily tasks will involve basic assembly work, making or modifying metal components (minor painting required periodically)
• Electrical testing and hydraulic testing setting of the finished power units
