Join the Team Building BC's Most Ambitious Projects
At True Mechanical, we believe complex buildings deserve exceptional execution. We're Western Canada's largest mechanical contractor—not because we take on the most projects, but because we deliver them right.

We're currently hiring a High-Rise Tower Superintendent to lead mechanical field operations on major projects across the Lower Mainland. You'll take charge of full-cycle tower delivery, with the trust, tools, and team to do your best work.

This isn't a step-up role. We're looking for a proven tower builder—someone who's already led 2–3 high-rise projects from start to finish and knows how to drive the tower cycle, manage mechanical zones, and coordinate high-risk work with confidence.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead mechanical installations across entire tower scopes—riser assemblies, hydronics, fan coil systems, HRVs, mechanical rooms, and more
  • Manage site teams: Foremen, Journeypersons, and Apprentices across multiple floors
  • Coordinate daily and weekly production against a tight tower schedule cycle
  • Oversee deck layout, crane coordination, material movement, and mechanical sequencing
  • Collaborate with GCs, consultants, and subtrades to keep work progressing and issues resolved
  • Use digital field tools (SiteDocs, OpenSpace, etc.) to track quality, safety, and performance

What You Bring:

  • 10–15 years of mechanical construction leadership experience, including at least 2 high-rise towers completed from start to finish
  • Red Seal Certification in Plumbing, and Gas B ticket (required)
  • Deep familiarity with tower logistics, vertical scheduling, and prefabrication planning
  • Experience leading crews of 15–30+ in high-density work environments
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and working knowledge of WorkSafe BC standards

Why Build with True
We don't just install mechanical systems—we build the teams, tools, and trust to do the job right. At True, you'll work in a company that's serious about execution, serious about safety, and serious about your leadership on-site.

We back our Superintendents with real-time project support, reliable planning, and a company-wide respect for the people doing the work. You'll be part of a modern, field-empowered team that's reshaping how mechanical projects get built in BC.
