About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Junior Data & Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing Last Mile Rentals (LMR) team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has strong data acumen, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Vendor Accountability

  • Review and validate incoming data from external vendors and internal users to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor performance data and identify discrepancies or gaps across vendors, including:
    • Vehicle storage partners
    • Transportation providers
    • Rental software platforms
    • Repair and maintenance vendors
  • Work with vendors to resolve data issues and ensure compliance with reporting expectations.
  • Build and update dashboards and reports using Power BI and internal tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., data, operations) to streamline data flows and reporting.

2. DSP (Delivery Service Provider) Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for DSP inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide quick, accurate support or triage requests to the appropriate internal team member.
  • Track and document incoming issues to identify trends and improve support processes.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a data support, operations, or customer service role (internships/co-op experience welcome
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce; comfortable working with large data sets and internal systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
