Responsible for the day to day production and manufacturing of orthotics. Also responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating and problem solving to ensure all the production needs of the lab are met on a daily basis.

Can effectively communicate to all employees the daily production requirements, resolve any conflicts and bottlenecks, and has maximum proficiency in all levels and phases of orthotic production.
