What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the night shift production process (Mon - Fri, 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM)

  • Programming and operating CNC Lathe/Mill machines

  • Managing workflow to ensure orders are completed efficiently and accurately

  • Supporting and supervising the Quality Control department

  • Applying lean principles to reduce waste and increase product quality

  • Collaborating with team leaders and programmers to resolve production issues

  • Maintaining safety standards and enforcing sanitation regulations

  • Mentoring and assisting operators, programmers, and tool room staff as needed

What You Bring

  • Hands-on CNC machining and programming experience (required)

  • Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting (strong asset)

  • Solid understanding of lean manufacturing practices

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lead with confidence, coach a team, and maintain high production standards

  • Computer literacy and adaptability to various software platforms
