- Minimum eight (8) years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, working on a variety of information technology projects.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience specializing in gathering detailed requirements for large and complex software package solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in modelling and analyzing complex processes, translating them into detailed software requirements.
- Extensive expertise in documenting detailed requirements for both software package solutions and custom-built solutions.
- Extensive experience in workshop facilitation.
- Experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Demonstrated ability to explore and understand application features.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Visio, Miro.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environment.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation policies, policy management, and claims management is an asset.
- Proficiency in Sapiens Policy and Claims Modules is an asset.
