Due to continued growth, the company is currently seeking experienced Project Managers to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/contractors to ensure seamless project execution
Manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope
Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
Ensure proper resource planning and allocation
Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress
Adjust project scope, timelines, and costs as needed
Foster strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders
Establish and maintain communication with third-party vendors and partners
Maintain thorough documentation throughout all project phases
Required Qualifications:
3-4 years of industry experience (glass, doors, entrances, curtain wall systems)
Strong understanding of blueprints and the ability to annotate using PDF viewing tools
Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
AutoCAD experience is a plus but not mandatory
Willingness and ability to travel as required for project needs
