We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in User Access Reviews (UAR) and certification processes to support our Delivery Services Team. In this role, you will gather business requirements, analyze current access review processes, support the implementation of user access review solutions, and ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.

Location: Canada, Remote

Employment Type: Contract up to 6 months or Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for user access review and certification processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement user access review workflows, processes, and controls.
• Coordinate periodic and ad-hoc user access reviews and recertification campaigns.
• Work with IAM engineers and architects to configure and test access review solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta).
• Develop and maintain UAR process documentation, including use cases, process flows, and training materials.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for business and IT stakeholders on user access certification processes.
• Monitor and report on the progress of access reviews, identify issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Support audit activities related to access certification and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001) and internal security policies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IAM or cybersecurity projects.
• Solid understanding of user access review processes, access governance, and certification workflows.
• Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Saviynt, Okta, or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and audit requirements related to access management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills (process flows, requirements, test cases).
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) #LI-RJ1
