We're working exclusively on a Credit Manager role with a long-standing distribution company that's been around for over 50 years. The current Credit Manager is retiring after more than three decades with the business, so this is a rare chance to step into a stable, in-office role based in Coquitlam.
The company has a great team—many have been there for 30+ years, which says a lot about the culture. It's a respectful, hardworking group that also knows how to have a bit of fun. If you're looking for a steady role with a down-to-earth team, this could be a great fit.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Credit Manager will lead a team of five experienced AR and collections specialists. The company is ideally looking for someone with the Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation and at least 10 years of hands-on experience in credit, AR, and collections.
The role focuses on overseeing day-to-day credit and AR operations—reviewing new accounts, keeping credit policies current, mentoring the team, and continually improving and automating processes. It also involves regular collaboration with other internal teams and vendors, so strong people skills and clear communication are essential. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership and wants to bring both structure and support to an already well-functioning credit team.
