• Making invoice magic—processing, verifying, and keeping things running smoothly

• Paying vendors on time (because we're polite and punctual)

• Tracking payments like a hawk

• Reconciling accounts and chasing down those sneaky discrepancies

• Handling AR with confidence—creating invoices, posting payments, and following up

• Keeping our records sharp, clean, and audit-ready

• Putting together reports that help us make smarter moves

• Teaming up with other departments to sort out any financial wrinkles

• Supporting month-end/year-end tasks like a true closing-day champ

• Experience in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable or similar

• A love for accuracy and spreadsheets (Excel is your BFF)

• Strong organizational skills and a serious eye for detail

• ERP experience (Acumatica or Oracle = bonus points)

• Calm under pressure—you don't flinch at tight deadlines

• Great communication skills and a can-do attitude

• A diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field (or working towards it)
