Permanent/ Part-Time (FTE 0.5)

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:

In collaboration with the ECMH team, the Home Coach will provide in-home visits for families requiring follow-up support and skill building, facilitate and participate in trainings and therapy groups and act as a consultant for the ECMH program including participating in the development of treatment plans. The Home Coach will assist with intake and assessment.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in social work, child and youth care or equivalent.
  • Excellent client service skills, organized, reliability and team player.
  • Strong communication (both orally and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
