My client is a leading Canadian manufacturer of premium windows and doors is expanding their sales team in British Columbia and looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Account Director/Senior Account Manager to lead their growth in British Columbia.

- Hunt new business: identify and close new accounts across residential, commercial, and renovation markets
- Build territory awareness and open doors new channels.
- Represent a high-quality, customizable product line with full manufacturing support
- Partner with estimating and technical teams to deliver best-in-class service
- Own your market - help shape the go-to-market strategy for BC
- Someone who thrives on the chase of new business and closing deals
- Love being in front of new customers and winning new accounts
- Have experience in construction materials, building products, or related sectors
- Want to be part of a proudly Canadian brand with local manufacturing and decades of credibility
- Are confident in building contractor, builder, architect, and developer relationships from scratch
