LSD is looking for a Senior Manager to join the Strategy and Account Management team, which is the central hub of the organization. The focus of this role is to lead key business accounts, driving forward the strategy, building strong client relationships and executing flawlessly on all deliverables. Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management & Growth - Develop and grow client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and instrumental in clients exceeding their goals. This includes proposing, managing, and delivering client projects on-time, on budget, and with excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Be adept at working across teams with clients and internally. Work closely with other LSD team members across accounts, creative and operations to accomplish work within all LSD offerings.
  • Business Administration - Run accounts like your own business. Responsible for drafting proposals, creating client presentations, estimating jobs, creating Statements of Work and invoicing. Contribute to pitch work and MSAs, driving a 'book of business'.
  • Organic Growth - Grow revenue each year with current accounts by identifying new project opportunities. Proactively network with clients and expand your reach with their internal teams.
  • Ensure delivery to customers - Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Provide clients with frequent status updates and full transparency of deliverables for an exceptional client experience.
  • New Business Development - Integral to leading pitches for the agency with support from colleagues, including responding to RFPs, pricing, and presenting to prospects.
Requirements:
  • A successful degree from a higher education institution.
  • Super interested in pharma and healthcare; a degree linked to healthcare or direct exposure and experience to pharmaceutical companies is a major asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong financial acumen related to billings and able to adapt to internal financial management documents with facility.
  • Mastery of core LSD service offerings: strategic planning, advisory boards, promotional tools and strategic projects.
