Junior Recruiter – Entry Level

We are looking for a positive, driven team player who can build relationships and who is great with people. You will be working as part of a high-energy team to complete multiple projects under tight deadlines. It is important for you to be resourceful and able to solve problems quickly.

You will be expected to:

• Keep the sales teams equipped with talented candidates.
• Screen and interview applicants.
• Onboarding new representatives.
• Be motivated and goal oriented.
• Keep track of results and performance.

Desired Experience:

· Customer service/PR and or Sales experience is an asset.
