Overview

We are seeking an enthusiasticMarketing Specialistto join our creative, results-driven team. The Marketing Specialist will help to build and execute measurable campaigns that increase lead generation and build brand awareness. The Marketing Specialist will report to the Global Field Marketing Leader, and work closely with the extended marketing team on high-impact marketing materials, campaigns, and other deliverables required to meet company objectives. Were looking for the ultimate team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic marketing programs that support business objectives and increase brand visibility
• Support lead generation activities to increase lead conversion rates and to meet overall revenue targets
• Assist in tracking, analyzing, and communicating marketing data and results
• Coordinate planning, logistics, and execution of marketing events, including: tradeshows, sponsorships, webinars, and proprietary events
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Aid in the development and execution of communication plans to ensure that sales and key stakeholders are aware of marketing programs, sales enablement activities, and other top priorities
• Participate in special projects on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• BS/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience as marketing specialist or similar role, field marketing would be a very nice to have
• Thorough business, marketing communications, and project management skills
• Demonstrable experience in marketing automation and CRM tools a plus (Marketo, Salesforce)
• Self-starter, high level of initiative, and proven proactive thinker
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, problem solve, and manage multiple projects simultaneously on deadlines.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and applications. Web analytics, Google Adwords, would be a plus
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
