Position Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Regina, SK

Overview:

Charter is currently seeking one (1) experienced IT Project Manager to join our team starting September 2025. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of PM experience managing IT projects from inception to completion, with a proven track record delivering Security and Infrastructure (i.e., Azure-based) projects. While not a BA role, this position requires strong BA experience supporting business analysis requirements, deep understanding of business processes and analyzing complex data to drive informed decisions. Location: Regina, SK. Term: 12 months. Strong possibility of extension.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 6+ years of PM experience managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Experience managing on Security and Infrastructure (i.e., Azure-based) projects is required.
• Strong BA experience supporting business analysis requirements, deep understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze/interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
• Experience in project planning, execution, scope and risk management.
• Experience developing project governance, charters, execution plans (PEP), and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Experience providing regular stakeholder communication and reporting including progress reports, risk assessments, and change tracking.
• Experience in project planning tools i.e., Microsoft Project or Primavera
• Active industry recognized certifications (i.e., PMP, CAPM) is an asset.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
