Are you a sanitation leader with experience in food manufacturing and a passion for food safety? We are seeking a Sanitation Supervisor (Night Shift) to oversee and improve sanitation operations across our two production facilities in Concord.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and train in-house sanitation teams and external cleaning contractors
Manage and improve sanitation programs aligned with GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards
Conduct plant sanitation audits and follow up with corrective actions
Maintain the Master Sanitation Schedule and ensure all cleaning tasks are properly documented
Develop and update SOPs and cleaning procedures for all plant equipment
Prepare facilities for regulatory and third-party audits
Monitor and control sanitation supply inventory
Ensure lock-out/tag-out, allergen control, pest control, and chemical safety compliance
Act as a key liaison between QA, production, and third-party sanitation providers
Support continuous improvement in food safety, quality, and health & safety initiatives
✅ Qualifications:
College or university degree in Food Science, Operations Management, or a related field
1–2 years of food plant sanitation experience (preferably with frozen/fresh ingredients)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Hands-on knowledge of sanitation protocols, quality standards, and audit preparation
Proficient in MS Office, documentation, and report writing
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication abilities
Experience managing external cleaning contractors is a strong asset

Regular exposure to cold/hot temperatures
Contact with cleaning chemicals and common food allergens (milk, flour, etc.)
