Based in Kelowna, BC, the North American team manages both wholesale and retail distribution across Canada and the United States. As the brand continues to expand into new markets, Louenhide North America is growing its team to match its forward-thinking and fashion-driven vision.
We are looking for a strategic, detail-driven Marketing & E-Commerce Administrator to lead day-to-day marketing activities and manage the company's digital presence. This newly created role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic small-business environment, enjoys working independently, and wants to make a meaningful impact on a growing lifestyle brand.
In this role, you will help bring Louenhide's business strategy to life by executing creative, on-brand marketing campaigns that connect with customers across both retail and wholesale channels. You will take ownership of the company's digital platforms, manage social media and e-commerce activities, and help drive awareness, engagement, and sales. Working closely with the Owner, you'll contribute to shaping the brand's next phase of growth and help deliver a consistent, elevated customer experience, both online and beyond.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Execute provided marketing strategies for both wholesale and retail audiences in alignment with Louenhide's North American business goals;
- Customize and repurpose provided content from Louenhide International for use across email, web, and social media platforms;
- Manage and update the company's websites, including product uploads, seasonal campaigns, and synced marketplace listings;
- Schedule and optimize provided email marketing campaigns (EDMs) for both retail and wholesale audiences, including segmentation and flow maintenance in Mailchimp;
- Maintain and grow the brand's social media presence, consistently sharing provided content across channels;
- Coordinate paid digital campaigns and liaise with external partners such as marketing agencies and web developers;
- Develop and deliver marketing materials for print and digital use, including trade show collateral, signage, promotional items, and blog content;
- Support sales initiatives by maintaining product catalogs, pricing sheets, and product knowledge content;
- Track and report on marketing KPIs, analyzing trends and performance to drive continuous improvement;
- Manage and maintain the customer database to support outreach, segmentation, and engagement;
- Stay current with fashion trends and digital best practices, regularly contributing fresh ideas to enhance customer experience and brand visibility.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to digital and content marketing;
- Experience with:
- Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Mailchimp or Klaviyo (email marketing platforms)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
- Proficient with website management and integrated inventory/accounting systems (experience with e-commerce platforms is an asset);
- Strong editing skills with an eye for detail, layout, and visual storytelling;
- Excellent writing and communication abilities;
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines independently;
- Willingness to jump in wherever needed, adapt quickly, and learn on the fly in a collaborative, small business setting;
- Passion for fashion, branding, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Kelowna, BC, with a salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The role is typically Monday to Friday, working 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility required during peak periods and trade shows.
