Join a leading manufacturer based in Markham, known for innovation, quality, and a strong commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to support our clients' finance team on a 1-year contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payments
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Maintain organized records and support audits as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
