We're looking for a data-driven thinker to join our team as a Marketing Data Analyst. In this role, you'll turn fan, revenue, and marketing campaign data into actionable insights that support marketing, ticketing, partnerships, and fan engagement. You'll help us better understand our audience, improve fan experiences, and support key business decisions through analysis, reporting, and research.
The Role at a Glance:
Fan & Campaign Analysis
- Analyze fan behaviour, ticket purchases, and campaign results
- Build models to improve segmentation, retention, and purchase prediction
- Support fan persona development and marketing personalization using purchase history, attendance patterns, social engagement, etc.
Reporting & Insights
- Create and maintain dashboards for ticketing, marketing, partnerships, and retail
- Track key metrics across digital, social, and email campaigns
- Collect data through Rider Programs, Community Events, and Fan Activations
- Evaluate performance to inform strategic improvements
Marketing Automation & Performance
- Evaluate campaign performance using tools like Braze and Emplifi
- Support A/B testing programs to optimize messaging, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Track revenue and fan engagement driven by marketing campaigns
Survey & Research Insights
- Lead post-game and seasonal survey efforts
- Turn fan feedback into actionable recommendations

Requirements
What is Required to Be Successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or related and appropriate field
- Demonstrated experience using CRM tools and Marketing Automation Platforms to build strategic analytics and insights
- 3-5 years experience in related field/position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL; experience with R or Python considered an asset
- Experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI and Microsoft Dynamics CRM; experience with Ticketmaster Archtics considered an asset
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and strong initiative & willingness to multitask effectively
- Critical thinker, able to think both analytically and creatively to provide solution focused recommendations for internal stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling stories and recommendations for stakeholders
