We are Western Canada's leading acoustical consultancy, staffed by 29 dedicated engineers, scientists, and support personnel. Our diverse portfolio spans architectural acoustics, environmental noise, and vibration assessment across commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, industrial, entertainment, arts, transportation, residential, and other sectors.
Our architectural acoustics work includes room acoustics, sound isolation, mechanical (HVAC) noise control, equipment vibration isolation, and outdoor noise propagation. We deliver projects through various methods such as traditional architect-client engagements, design-build, and public-private partnerships (P3).
Environmental noise and vibration projects often involve baseline monitoring, impact assessments, regulatory reporting, and active participation in public consultations for transportation and industrial developments.

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional technical expertise to positively influence clients and projects
Manage projects end-to-end, including proposal development, fee estimation, field measurements, data analysis, acoustic modeling, and reporting
Independently oversee all aspects of your projects, while collaborating with and guiding junior and intermediate team members
Present technical findings to clients and professional audiences
Advocate for acoustics in interactions with clients, regulators, and stakeholders
Provide leadership and support across engineering, consulting, project management, finance, and administrative teams
Qualifications
4 to 6+ years of consulting experience in acoustics
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Acoustics, or related field
Professional Engineering designation (P.Eng. or equivalent)
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
High professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and flexibility
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, drafting tools, and acoustics software
Experience with sound and vibration measurement equipment and testing methodologies
Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control procedures
Previous experience in a dynamic consulting environment is an asset
