We conceptualize and propose innovative solutions to our clients and then design and produce them. Our work is varied and can include everything from learning programs, presentations, animations, websites, customizable tools, marketing collateral, and digital and hands-on collaborative gamified experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You have a minimum of five years of graphic design experience with a broad and varied portfolio showcasing your talents. Your portfolio includes design examples of PowerPoint presentations, logos, icons, digital banners, printed and digital detailers/brochures, and website elements. Your portfolio will stand out if it includes e-learning designs and graphic animations. You are looking to join a small creative agency to apply and develop your skills in a variety of traditional and digital projects. You thrive in teams where you can brainstorm, innovate, and execute creative and rewarding work. You are an out-of-the-box thinker, have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, and are a fluid multi-tasker.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Designer, you will report to our Chief Content & Creative Officer and work in partnership with our Biomedical Communications team. Your day-to-day activities will vary from designing and producing digital and traditional projects to participating in client meetings and ideating new concepts. To be successful and thrive in this role you have the following skills:

  • Creative Direction:
    • Creative mindset to generate innovative and effective design solutions with minimal guidance
    • Ensure brand consistency across all design assets while maintaining brand guidelines
    • Keep current with the latest design trends by attending workshops, courses, and reading relevant material
  • Project Management:
    • Time management abilities to work on multiple projects at once and with various deadlines
    • Experience with sending designs through multiple approval processes and working with clients and team members to get a job done
    • Strong organizational skills to keep up with various client needs and team projects
    • Project management skills to work in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Flexibility to be able to switch between projects or pivot quickly as needed
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Attention to detail to ensure that all client or team specifications are met and free of errors
    • Technical skills to work with popular graphic design programs like the Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills between internal and external teams (project managers, developers, and clients)
    • Ability to present design concepts, articulate ideas, and provide and receive constructive feedback
