New Opportunity – Personal Lines Broker/Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Vaughan, Ontario (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days from home)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Commensurate with experience

Position Summary
Our client, based in Vaughan just north of Toronto, is seeking a Full-Time Personal Lines Broker to join their team. This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The successful candidate will be a proactive, service-driven professional with a valid RIBO license and at least 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to existing policyholders
Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
Review renewals, process endorsements, and handle new submissions
Guide clients on insurance products and coverage
Manage client information in the broker management system accurately
Support and document claims through resolution
Stay current on industry guidelines and underwriting rules
Communicate effectively with underwriters and clients
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance
Valid RIBO license in good standing
Proficient in Applied Rating Services and TAM (The Agency Manager)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Capable of working independently and collaboratively
